Foxhaven was inspired by the first animal we spotted on the property - the playful and enlightening Red Fox! We've designed it with your family in mind with all of the extras to create an unforgettable vacation.

Other Details to Note
RENTAL AGREEMENT After booking, guests will need to review and sign a rental agreement prior to the start of the stay that we will send over. This is an insurance requirement primarily because we provide a hot tub for our guest's use. We do not collect a security deposit. TRAVEL INSURANCE We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay in case of illness, injury, or other unexpected events. SCENTS AND DETERGENTS We don’t use plug-in air fresheners or scents at the property. We do provide and use free and clear laundry detergent. However, our cleaners may use scented detergents for cleaning some of our items from time to time so we can’t guarantee all items are scent and dye free. SECURITY CAMERA There is one outdoor security camera on the property facing the driveway. There are no indoor cameras and no cameras facing the deck or house. Massanutten Resort Community Rules: This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. NOISE - Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Keep noise indoors during these hours - No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents PARKING - Keep all tires off the road - Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host - Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840) - No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host OUTDOOR FIRES - High wildfire risk area! - No open fires - No unattended fires - No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) - Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions ALCOHOL - No open containers on roads or in common areas PETS - Leash always required when outside - Clean up after your pets TRASH - Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks, or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property - Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 (take the 3rd left after you turn onto Peak Dr and see the sign that says "Household Waste")
